A few weeks ago, I had the profound privilege of stepping into Yuroz’s studio—a sanctuary of imagination, layered histories, and raw creative force.

The space was alive. Every corner held a story in progress. New canvases leaned against the walls, some merely whispered into existence, others boldly approaching completion. The atmosphere vibrated with artistic energy—unfiltered, unpolished, and absolutely mesmerizing.

Experiencing Yuroz’s work in this environment is nothing short of transformative. In the quiet of a gallery, a finished painting speaks with clarity; in the studio, it breathes. It reveals its origins, its struggles, its triumphs. One witnesses creation not as a single moment, but as a living, evolving dialogue.

During this visit, Haymart Gallery acquired a remarkable new collection from Yuroz for our upcoming exhibition program. What struck me most was witnessing a subtle yet powerful shift in his visual language. While the new works explore a fresh stylistic direction—more daring, more exploratory—the unmistakable warmth of Yuroz’s hand remains. His lifelong commitment to portraying the human condition with empathy, tenderness, and psychological depth continues to anchor every composition.
